浙江神龙安全器材有限公司创建于1992年，在（浙江省物资局）直属浙江省神龙科技开发公司（国有企业）的基础上成立。公司位于浙江省会城市“杭州市”美丽优雅的西湖边上。注册资金500万。生产自主研制基地（南京军区四连部队内4500㎡），省警察学院边。公司拥有高级职称11名，中级职称27名，与时俱进，实施“科技强警、科技强侦”的战略方针，集科研、生产、销售为一体的综合性特种警用装备自主研制企业。《2006年国际质量管理体系至今GB/T19001-2008/ISO9001：2008。》获杭州市人民政府“AAA”诚信企业。高质量服务于公、检、法、司、武警等装备建设。
    为促进我国法制建设的需求，结合国内外反恐防暴防护设备的标准化装备技术水平，公司将主要精力和大量资金投入新产品自主研发，警用高清晰现场执法取证设备及反恐防爆设备，3G无线视频远程监控传输指挥系统，DT-Ⅲ型尸体死亡时间电脑测算仪和痕迹物证的偏角拍摄和快速矫正、神鹰牌抗人Hb血清等项目荣获国家七项专利，分别通过公安部部级鉴定，获公安部科技局浙江省公安厅科学技术进步奖，公安部科技局重点推广，最新研制超世界罕见的第四代尸体死亡时间电脑测算仪，体积小、快速、准确、便携、易行、轻巧、实用、简单、新型，稳定、可靠，超薄软件随机测温功能均为采用国际领先先进技术开发研制的高科技产品，并取得了公安部门在实战中的丰硕成果。为公安部基层建设作出贡献。并荣获浙江省委信誉示范单位”（重点推广）。重质量、守诚信、“用户信得过单位”。推荐给全国公、检、法、司、武警等系统装备，得到全国公安部门充分肯定。为我国科技强警、科技强侦作出应有的贡献。

    Brief introduction:
    Established in 1992, we, Zhejiang Shenlong Safety Equipment Co., Ltd. , are developing from Zhejiang Shenlong Science & Technology Development Company. With registered Capital of 5,000,000, our company has our own production, research and development center beside Provincial Police Academy, covering 4,500 square meters. We currently have 11 personnel with senior professional titles, 27 with intermediate grade titles. Integrating Scientific research, manufacturing and sales, we carry out strategy of “Boosting power of police and forensics by science & technology”. We are certified as “AAA” Enterprise by Hangzhou Municipal Government. Our products, mainly including police equipment, apparatus, are applied in various fields such as public security, procuratorial work, court, and armed police. In order to enhance technical level of public security of different levels, we put much energy and investment in products innovation and development, which turn out with successful result. We have new products such as high definition site enforcement and evidence collection equipment, anti-terrorist explosion-proof equipment, 3G remote transmission of wireless video command system and angle shot, correction of the traces of evidence. Especially our DT-III computer control post-mortem time detector and Shenying HB serum, has passed through technical appraisal by the Ministry of Public Security, winning seven national patents, as well as Science & Technology Award by public security of Zhejiang province. The newly developed DT-IV computer control post-mortem time detector is compact, speedy, accurate, simple, stable and reliable. Because it does not only bring convenience to medical workers nationally, but also provide effective evidence to criminal investigation and suit, it is highly recommended by Equipment & Finance Bureau and promoted by Science & Technology Dept. of the Ministry of Public Security as Keynote Products. Recently, our police equipment and apparatus are inspected by China Quality Guarantee Center and confirmed as “Quality, Credibility . Our company is also crowned as Incredible unit of Zhejiang Province.
